Next time you swing thru the house make some beef soup. It's really 2 meals if you do it right. A nice roast in the crock pot and save the left overs for soup the next day along with.

You get this 1st night



And sadly don't have pics of the finished product

I do sirloin steak
Red potatoes
Celery
Carrots
White onion
3-4 garlic cloves
Onion soup mix
Mushrooms
Diced tomato
The left over broth and beef from the night before

For the spices

Hickory
Dried chopped onion
Salt pepper
Garlic pepper

And cook everything together in one pot/ might be forgetting a few things










Got lazy and ate it before taking the final pics lol
