    Deck thermometer (in the shade) registered 107 here today. Stopped working in the shop/garage at 1000,already 94.....been hiding inside ever since. I didn't deal very well with heat before this latest adventure.

    I agree. They'd really look even better without that 'chrome' box on the side of the hood. I think even painting it body color might help.
