I will check them out. Corpus Christi is kind of like a Florida address. Lots of work out of Dallas-Fort Worth then it thins out as you get to San Antonio and Laredo. When they hear corpus they say sorry.

One that hires corpus. I can park my personal vehicle in a company lot in either San Antonio or laredo and do fine as regional or otr if they to me. Also dry van or tanker. I've got a little eexperience hauling fuel and salt water, enjoyed it, but I was younger then...

I would love this but I am a 69 year old little old lady. Haven't been exercising much lately.

Yes, Bolt is real popular and well known here in Ohio, top class outfit, imho.

Maybe they DO run their drivers too hard, as it appears with the O/P.

I've got no beef w/ JBH, never drove for them. @UturnGirl could always relocate to Toledo, where JBH is big at the ports, also.

The thing about Toledo, is that they catch SO much crap in that area for speeders. Okay, she was on 75 into Michigan.. probably leaving . . . Toledo. As @jamespmack stated, and LOST people to in construction zones (and almost his OWN self...) it's a tough area for CMV drivers, overall.

@UturnGirl I wish you the best. Relocate to Ohio and I'd have you a job; for real. Again, sorry. :(

Thanks for kind words. I really liked Bolt and am sad to have lost a good job. Plus I'm struggling because their freight went into the toilet due to covid. I was out from January thru June and never saw the house. My miles dropped by more than a third. This is a Hella blow to me.

mjd4277, bigguns, jsnell and 2 others Thank this.
