Where is everyone #5

Im a company driver. So they're taking money off the top of the rate, then paying me my percentage after that. So I lose $15 on something like that. Also they "estimate" what the fuel cost is gonna be, so they basically just make up a # and take that $ from the gross. If the rate is $650 I should get 26% of that.

 

Still 2 big steaks to go on. Gonna give the potatoes a head start since they cook slower.

 

Back from a small vacation. Wife and I have 99% of the bus work done. Total we have been on 243 buses in last 6 weeks. Stay home for the long weekend, then off somewhere else.
Was in south eastish Alberta for a few days, around where I think @Isafarmboy runs. There is some really nice iron running hopper and stock thru there. That's my son's feet hanging off a 70ft waterfall..

 

Looks like Drumheller area? Maybe a bit more south?

 

When i do em in the oven like that whole they take roughly 2hrs at 450. Start em there and bring it down 415 like a hour into it. Little butter + garlic/onion. And poke a few holes in em

 

I use the baby potatoes. They cook a lot quicker than normal ones. This cheapy Walmart grill can hit just over 600F!

lol, like guessing the number of jelly beans in a jar. How many quarts will it hold, I'll put my bet on 19.

 

I'm the guy doing 5 under through the construction zones. The few times moving jersey barriers around, winch on drivers side I would kick the cones out some more. I don't envy those guys.
