Weird ABS/brake acting.

When ignition key turned on, ABS start clicking and at the end of this parking brake got released for about second. Once I was parked on incline area and truck start rolling then it stopped. It start doing this more and more, now it's every key cycle on. At same time truck service break are weak. On wet or slick road if trailer ABS release wheel rig just rolling without any brakes. Same thing if trailer empty.

 

I'm waiting on new to arrive. It's not simple QR valve anymore. Now it's combo QR, ABS, hill assistance, anticompounding valve.

 

The one on the video is double check valve. No exhaust port on the bottom. Will send pressure to release parking part from dash line or from ATR-6 valve which is under fifth wheel.
