Heck, call Swift or Werner, you're a perfect choice for them
I don't see a single item listed that is warrants a firing, heck, or is CRE trying to become the perfect megafleet after being caught screwing drivers for decades.
Just got fired....now what?

Based on the comments on this board, they were within their rights to fire me. I accept that. On the flip side, when I came off home time in June I sat for 16 days in the SLC dorm waiting for a load. Lots of drivers, not enough freight. So, certainly CRE is in a position of not needing to tolerate any driver/inspection mistakes and I gave them an opening.stillwurkin Thanks this.

So whats your point ?
At what point was there a person hit ? -
The point is he's drove unsafe, had an accident, and brushes it off because the cows need to be milked

Yet it happened on private property and the company said forget about it.
Still, for some illogical reason you have a problem with it. Weird.650cat425 and tommymonza Thank this. -
Almost all left turns in and around Detroit MI are called Michigan U turn to make a left. Guess they can't go to Detroit.tommymonza Thanks this.

So if the guy at the grocery store works a 18 shift and backs into your car, it's ok because it happened on private property?

My dad was an Alabama State Trooper for 25 years. He said the unwritten rule was to allow up to 7 mph over the speed limit because there were so many drivers going 10-20 mph over. 7-10 over depended on whether or not the trooper was eating a donut or something.
Seems this rule of thumb is universal, save for small town speed traps.stillwurkin, 650cat425 and tommymonza Thank this. -
IF you choose to demagogue my comment there is not much I can do to change your mind and I will not attempt to do so. I was clear about the intent and even took the time to edit that comment to reflect my ACTUAL intent. The keyword in my comment was the word "inappropriate" I used that word as an adjective! OR do you have comprehension problems?
1. inappropriate - not suitable for a particular occasion etc; "noise seems inappropriate at a time of sadness"; "inappropriate shoes for a walk on the beach"; "put inappropriate pressure on them"
malapropos - of an inappropriate or incorrectly applied nature
improper - not suitable or right or appropriate; "slightly improper to dine alone with a married man"; "improper medication"; "improper attire for the golf course"
appropriate - suitable for a particular person or place or condition etc; "a book not appropriate for children"; "a funeral conducted the appropriate solemnity"; "it seems that an apology is appropriate"stillwurkin and Wasted Thyme Thank this.
