When you flip the "P" switch on your dash your tail lights should come on the truck and trailer.

When you switch the headlight switch, the headlights and taillights should come on.

When you flip the marker switch switch your roof top clearance lights and the side marker lights on the trailer should come on. Your taillights and headlights will stay off unless you flip one of those switches.

If you have no tail lights on your trailer, check the fuse, if the fuse is good, swap the relay with another one.

Tried that also, both fuses are good and relays and pigtail is good. Not sure what it is

If you're getting power at the pigtail then it's a trailer issue.

Most likely the wires have corroded on the back side of the "phillips" connector.

Do the turn signals work at the pigtail?

Unscrew that connector and check the pins there. That connector is the opposite end of your pigtail. Find the pins that correlate to the yellow and green wires on that connector (left/right turn) and check the little pins.
