    Man I took what he said too literal and was sitting here thinking he’s hauling some tank armor, wondering how the hell the DoD (?) screwed up by not keeping the type of metal they use top secret lol

    Last company i worked for . Brand new t680 midroof . All aluminum 48ft east trailer. We could haul 50k with full tanks.

    It was shipped that way to protect the welds for the inlet and outlet pipes/fittings. They just added some curved flat sheets to make up weight.
    The rest of the loads would be shipped belly down and cradle blocked.
