Well this Mexico job turned into a huge headache. Did one yesterday it was a muddy mess I had to get pushed out twice. Then they said they didn’t know if there were gonna have enough for Wednesday. Well this job was supposed to be like a 6 week deal. Whatever. Ran to Sedalia today and my dispatch called and said “do another shred round and come back we’re forgetting about Mexico”. So idk who told who to buzz off but oh well. Came back and got assigned a new tri axle with an electric tarp! So pretty pumped about that. Preloaded railroad ballast for tomorrow a bridge is out in Bosworth MO, so it’s me and the dude I did the Pratt KS derailment job with, to the rescue

Thanks! And yep that’s exactly what they’re doin. It is or was part of a Harbison Walker refractory. They‘re tearing it down and sending the steel to Nucor as “ plate & structure 3’ and under”. It was me and 2 boys from Oakley. Which I didn’t even know Oakley used steel barrel trailers.NightWind Thanks this.

Huh, well I’ll be. I had no idea. Learn something new everyday. Is that stuff Troy gets?

No they get them big T shaped blocks sitting all around parking lot. The dross is left over after melting those blocks down. Then we melt dross back down and make T blocks and ship back to mostmotocross25 Thanks this.
