Any updates with mercer? Anyone knows what's their average freight per mile pays? Thinking about giving them a call today. How does their lease trailer purchase work?

I called a month or two ago when I was putting some serious consideration leasing on with them and iirc he said it was about 1.80/mile for flats. I imagine things have picked up from that though.nunofreddy Thanks this.
-
1.80 on all miles after their 26% commission? Or is it 1.80 minus the 25%?
-
The 1.80 was after their cut.nunofreddy Thanks this.
-
I think they hold pretty steady in the 1.80 range give or take a couple pennies. Atleast in the 3 years I was leased on it was.nunofreddy Thanks this.

That's great I'm assuming you just pay fuel off of that right im definitely calling them im currently at kl breeden tyson division it ain't working out screwing me around 1800 mile average a week at 1.63 miles minus fuel and I stay out 2 weeks at a time -
How does their trailer lease purchase work? -
Depending on availability you will take over the remaining payments on a used trailer or get a brand new...
All the used have been gone over and will be up to standards.
Pretty simple no money down/no credit check lease. $1 buyout at the end... I could be wrong I think my flat was $550 a month.
I ended up buying my own and giving Mercer theirs back after a year or so. They will charge you for everything that needs repaired.nunofreddy Thanks this. -
What brand of trailers do they offer for a brand new? Do they atheist come with tarp boxes? -
Are still there with them? How does it work a dispatcher offers you loads or do you use a device to look at their load board to choose your load?
