Got student, this ones in the army reserve actually deploying to Cuba in December.


Went to deliver in Scottsdale AZ, ran to Beaumont CA, delivered next day in Scottsdale again, covering for a Lowes driver who was down.

Waited in the yard most of the day Tuesday on a load of Aluminum out of San Diego. We are running it to thera bouts in Worcester MA. Currently just the student driving with me in passenger seat.

Thank god his lane control is improving. Had a problem holding it at first.

After this Im picking up a load in Philly going down to Space X, im going to say no more about that till its done.

due to i70 being closed due to the fire in Glenwood cyn I swapped loads at speedy truck stop in Lupton az.
Tcalled the load here and grabbing another one and most likely going back to Lupton az.

 

CA to MA is a nice long run. I miss those long ones since I've been regional.

And then to Space X? Is that down in Florida?

By the way...
My dad was born in Worcester, MA in 1919.

 

Yeah 2500 over to MA, then 2200 down to TX.

This space X is on the TX gulf coast.

Nice little shut the door and enjoy the drive run.

after the next round trip to Lupton az this weekend i will end up with just over 3500 miles this week.
i70 still closed in Colorado due to fire.

 

Thing is, freight is hot right now... Should be no reason for sitting, unless you want to.

Well I am glad to have a decent pickup window for my next load.
It is t-calling in Gary, with a good window to the final.

I need some serious sleep to fight this bug.
The last 2 nights have been almost zero sleep. I thought I had it beat this morning when my temp was again normal.
The lack of sleep and the delay at Costco because of a power outage left me weakened again, so I'm hoping for a good nights sleep.

bent the mudflaps bracket . think he can get the mudflap back in place. lucky it wasn't lost
