Listen to @Ridgeline and check the grounds!
Then check the negative cables connecting all of your batteries. -
I had a similar issue and I had a lose ground wire. Also make sure all your wires are correct going to the starter.

sounds like teeth on a fly wheel missing, i know in a old pickup i had did the same thing a lot and if it landed on those broken parts it would not start. that's the only thing i could think of. sorry

Grounds good batteries good alternator good starter good Changed the fuel pressure valve hasent happend agian sorry for the late update fuel pressure valve changed is located behind in the crankcase filter on the fuel presser rail runs along side of the engian cover. Truck is kenworth with a cummins isxfeldsforever and RunningAces Thank this.
