Midwest is dumb but I've never had too many issues with them. Memphis on a whole sucks and if you somehow end up behind schedule and you have a reload at Blue City...hit that sleeper berth and get ready for your flipped schedule.

One of the first companies I talked with only did refeers, and I thought the noise would be too annoying for me. After delivering a few food loads I'm glad I didn't pursue things with them.

What I run into with Midwest is they are completely inconsistent with how they do things. Sometimes they'll let me check in for my reload at the same time ai check in for my unload, other times you would think ai have asked them to commit an Unholy Act of Satan to even suggest it. Then there's crap like the day they made a driver move two effin doors down for his reload instead of reloading him at the same door. I mean at least it made sense when I had to move today because my load went to 34 and my reload was apparently down closer to 1. But two doors? Give me a fkn break.

Yeah, total inconsistency. I brought a load in four hours after appointment time a couple days ago and they put me in door 8 for unload and reload...no issues. Strange. Then you'll come in on time and they'll lose their minds.

I only had 4 hours, 50 minutes on my 70 when I started today and went straight to this place once I started moving. Even so, it looks like this ####### shipper is gonna have me banging on my 14 before I get out of here.

Dispatch always manages to give me these loads when I have a short day. I plan on doing laundry, and instead end up sitting on a door all freaking day. Yeah I'll get detention pay but holy ####.

Anyone know what Dispatch Advance means on paystub? No lumper loads in several weeks so can’t be that.

In the shower at the Mauston, WI Pilot. Bunch of townies crowding the gaming area which is the hallway to get to the showers all without their masks. Reminds me of the no smoking signs in China. Exactly where people huddle around and create a huge cloud of toxic smoke for everyone else to walk through to get to the train.

I've noticed that science and medicine is dismissed easier (or completely) in certain parts of the country. You might be isolated from some things if you live in a more rural area but this isn't one of them and many haven't figured it out yet.
