It's a tough lifestyle, but it pays ridiculously well. Even so, it's not for me, either. Lol

I have done teams before and it was OTR too. I rather drive daycab and sleep in my bed. Lol

I make far less money than a lot of the guys who are just getting hired right now, they pay our teams so much. But I'm okay with that. They are earning it.

Out the gate, they start at 58 cpm plus a 7 cpm per diem, and $30 an hour for clock time.

Top rate is 88 cpm plus 7 cpm per diem, and $39 per hour.

You split the base rate between the team (so half of 58 is 29 cpm for all miles driven), but the 7 cpm per diem is all yours.

Top teams (guys wayyyy up there in seniority) make about 175k each per year.

I'll make 90-100 this year doing daycabs, and I'm perfectly happy with that.

Thank you, I never heard of them and I used to run to Wisconsin every night for 6 months. Maybe I didn’t pay attention. I will keep them in mind.

You’re welcome. Cardinal advertises to me on Facebook and when I check their hiring areas it’s always 200 miles from me.
I used to live in Wisconsin and the jobs there pay more than down here in Texas.
