FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Keep all balloons 6’ apart... lol

 

Sitting 10 hours from my drop in LA... there looks to be a nice big parking lot there but Fremont said we can’t camp out there so I’ll stop a couple hours short tomorrow and risk rush hour traffic isn’t too bad... I’ll build in a nice cushion. Then hope they can get me out quickly. Would rather start my day with a full 11/14 but I’m sure it will be fine with 7-8.

Such a beautiful drive out here too. I don’t get out West often but when I do it’s always like a little mini vacation as I enjoy these views.

 

It’s been a fun couple runs lately... ran Sioux Honey to York, PA then Baltimore to Chicago, then Chicago to Fremont, and now I’ll be touching LA... Coast to Coast... LOL

Then I’ll be heading back to SC for home time next weekend... so really it’s Coast to Coast... to Coast

In the Fontana area there's a good little eating place called cowboys that has truck parking. That's where I always stopped on my way in to park for a next day delivery. It's on the corner of Etiwanda and Marley. It's hard to find parking late on the evening now cause everyone knows about the place.

 

Had to split in CB, by the time I finally got to leave Patterson, I was not going to make delivery on time. Gonna do a reset in CB and have shop do alignment in truck tomorrow.

 

I'm going through KC tomorrow on my way to Fremont to get my truck aligned. It's a little out of the way but the truck needs it and that's where my guy is.
