Is it the sensor? Maybe a harbor freight temp fun , you can hit the oil pan see if it's close.

AMES 12:1 Infrared Laser Thermometer for $17.99

I don't really know. The temp gun is like $20 with coupon. Which is the cheapest place to start.

Pressure good so probably not a pump. Water temp is good, so not radiator. Is there an oil cooler?

I have a temp gun ill have to grab from home.
Water temp is pretty good holding at 190-200*. Fan kicks on around 205*

Has round oil cooler on passwnger side of motor. Afraid it might be the issue

    It doesn't make any sense.

Does it sound like the engine is working hard?

not at all. But thats why i also run at 60-65mph. I have 4.65 gears so pst 65mph shes pretty high up there in rpm's. But like i said its just this past week that it has gotten this hot. Usually runs at 220*. My concern is the oil breaking down because at 240* oil starts to break down

To help cool, does truck have a manual switch for cooling fan?
    Run with the fan on.
This won't solve the problem but it will help keep the oil cooler.
    I have an N14
    Good luck.
