A lot of people could be in my truck on landstar working for Dave. They could’ve taken my spot. I did the work. And now I’m about 25% of the way paying my truck off. I make good money and really enjoy what I do. I hear drivers I know complaining all the time. No one bugs me, and when Dave calls it’s because something changed or better is coming.

When we finished a surfboard and having the customer pick it up is way different reaction as compared to trucking and getting empty.

If u went to training next monday , u could have ur license by 9/11 and be in ur own rig by 10/16 . Its easy to rent a storage locker , throw all ur crap in it and hit the road. Thats what i did. Left for swift transportation driving school in phoenix in july with a couple changes of clothes and my bible
