Any recommendations on a decent GPS tracker that won't cost an arm and a leg and that will also not just plug into the diagnosis port?

We use Sprint Geotab and have had great luck with them I feel they're affordable and very simple plug and play.

Company I pull for uses Samsara. For the O/O its just a tracker that plugs in to cigarette lighter. It tracks our time, speed and location. Don't like that it tracks all that but... for the company trucks it plugs into the diagnostic port and they then have access to more of what the truck is doing. Either option can also be used to track miles for IFTA reporting. Can't say what it cost, company covers that

    TheLoadOut Thanks this.

We use (in touch fleet tracking solutions). Hard wires into truck no contract and fairly cheap. Works very well.
