Awesome! I'm working on losing my stubborn belly fat too..How long did this result take you, and what's your diet like? And 3 days a week you say.. Do you do the full 30 mins..?

I've done a couple of those jumprope dudes workouts but I only have a regular jumprope. I will definitely upgrade. Also, it's extremely challenging finding a place to workout on the road for example it's 117 degrees right now in CA. In that instance I do an in cab workout. I generally don't try to find excuses not to.
That's inspiring though, keep up the good work.

My first workout was on Dec 30, 2019, but I didn't get into it, i.e., 3x per week, until March 2020. After that, I was dedicated to three workouts per week. I graduated to "advanced" until late June, 2020.

Unfortunately, I blew out my right shoulder doing something a few weeks ago. I don't know if it's because of my work (carpentry, remodeling, etc) or from jumping with weighted ropes. My shoulder has been giving me problems for over four years, and I think I'm done jumping rope until I have either rotator cuff surgery or a full shoulder replacement. Last workout was July 24th.

I don't sleep well anymore, and I whimper anytime I have to turn over because it hurts so badly. Glad I'm not driving a semi now. I just have to tough it out until the end of the year, and get the surgery. I won't be able to do my normal job for three months, but I have a contractor buddy who wants me to become his estimator. I'd need to brush up on my left-handed writing skills. :D

Go in for an xray if you can. I had the same issue last year, incredible pain on my left shoulder. Turned out to be an acromioclavicular joint separation. It heals but I still have stiffness. Dr. didn't recommend surgery because of the process involved, but I might reconsider when I leave trucking.

I had an MRI a week ago. The needle that they used to inject the dye into the joint gave me a black and purple bruise the size of an apple. Didn't expect that! I'm waiting for my orthopedic surgeon to evaluate and call me.
