I really like the vinegar base one. There is a bbq joint by me called Hickory Hollow. They call it traditional style, or North Carolina style (NC being vinegar base) when you order. Not sure if that's real terminology or what, but it sure is good..

Yeah, they've gone wild on these pickup truck tow wars. I ran my 2012 dodge up to 36k gross & that was what I felt as the outer limit of its capability..

It depends. Barbecue is pig, so that tends to be vinegar based. Sauces for grilling other meats, will depend on the meat and what flavor i am looking for.

Big power back then Lol big cam 400 was 1250 too. The little formula 315 with a 9 speed was 1150. This old bucket of bolts. I vaguely remember this truck when i was little. Do remember the dog house tho

Never seen the inside of a cabover. There was a late 90s Pete cabover for sale not far from me. Stopped to check it out. Rode pretty hard. No price on the for sale sign. By chance I saw it pop up on a classified site. Guy was asking over $100k. Claimed it was restored from the ground up recently. All the pics of it on the ad must have been taken when it was new because it definitely wasn't worth more than about $7500 how it sat there.
