I’m definitely not one to complain about “eating healthy” but Jesus I’ve seen you guys eat some of the most unhealthiest things in my life; that potato looks like somebody melted half a stick of butter and poured it on top rofl starting to make my fat ### wanna post a picture of a salad with an aspirin and a cup of red wine

 

Stick to you rib cage, don’t have to stop and eat as much.......

 

Got 10 more min till my clock resets then it'll be a rush to deliver and get back back upto Sweetwater by 10:30 to reload for Dallas.

 

Salad isnt as healthy as you'd think. Lettuce has no nutrional value, and I bet whatever dressing you put on it is full of either sugar, sodium and and has a ton of calories.

Potatoes are full of starch which isnt great but some peoples bodies can process it better than others, the meat is a protein and is good. Bbq sauce is full of sugar usually, which is bad.

 

Holy F balls. The sand hauler next to me has been trying to start his truck on ether for 15min. He puts one tiny little squirt over the air intake/filter and it wouldn't do anything. I finally just helped him and sprayed it while he cranked it. It fired off and he tells me "I just bought this truck, so I didn't know how much to use". I told him he shouldn't have to use any!

 

I'm one that usually doesn't sauce my BBQ. I like to let the natural smoked flavor shine. Same with steaks. No a1 or 57 on it.

Oh yeah we’ll have to take a rain check on me going to Texas; they cancelled that preplan and gave me one going to Minnesota, just a couple hours away and I can’t deliver until after hours so I’m basically waking up just to go back to sleep again
