I use gear oil on my ratchet binders. Best stuff i found yet. Ive had to add a brush to my repetoir tho. Running them dusty roads at the quarry , dirt sticks to the threads and gunks them up real bad. Spray bottle of diesel fuel or some carb cleaner , wire brush all the crap off the threads then gear oil and close em up. Ready for the next time around.

Modest beginnings start with the single blow of a hammer

A steady drip of water will eventually wear a hole in the rock

    Safety first always

Just take your time and look at everything twice, I myself years ago seen bad things I did after I got to the receiver, we learn from mistakes, just don’t let it be a big one lol.

Started hauling steel in the 80’s, still don’t know it all....
