We don't care about mileage, we're percentage. -
Talk to drivers you know,,,lure one away from their current position. I've been head hunted a few times, only one of those I am considering at a later date. The good drivers already have a job. Good luck

I know that wouldn't work for a lot of companies but it definitely has it's advantages.
By the time a driver applies to us he's already made most of the common rookie mistakes and cost somebody else money by tearing up their equipment.Brettj3876 and Scooter Jones Thank this. -

55c/mile
Governed at 70mph .have no problem switching that higher.
2500-3000.
Willing to pay extra for a short haul
Layover .detention whatever the trucks get from brokers goes to the driver .
No forced dispatch .no new york .or north east in general .
Am not too stingy or bossy .not looking to make a fortune but rather make me and the driver a resonable income and keep the truck in one piece .Brettj3876 Thanks this. -
