I’ve always kinda thought “life” in general was that way?

 

It is for people our age, well my age anyway, but not so much for the younger ones....it is always someone else

When I'm changing a clutch on a Sunday, Or set of tires midnight on a Tuesday just so the truck can roll in a few hours I just feel great about my white privileges.

 

I never really understood "white privillege"

I had to bust my arse for absolutely EVERYTHING! Nobody gave me any opportunities for a leg up. In fact, I actually had to hustle harder because nobody seems to hire young, white males these days.

 

That's your privilege. You need 200 points higher SAT score to get into the same college, or twice as nice a resume to get the same job. You can also be fired for nothing while your affirmative action hire coworker rubs one out in the corner & gets a pay raise..
