Premier Transportation Info?

I used to deliver to them. They supposedly paid real well. Tarp Tarp Tarp. They like to tarp. They haul big machines. They are crated and sometimes they are not.

very good company in my opinion. I don't know what the market is for machinery movers recently though. I have been out of it for 6 years.

The one in georgia got bought out, if I remember correctly..

 

I'll try to help some...although I'm an owner op not company driver. Been with Premier 10 years this month. The company drivers have it real good in my opinion they still have a choice in loads I believe and drive Freightliners and some Volvos.

We mostly cater to the retail companies which gives you consistant freight to haul. Companies such as Kmart, TJMaxx, Tractor Supply, Marshalls, Target etc etc. We have dedicated freight as well as Regional and I believe there is even a larger system now. There used to be a waiting list to hire on and might still be in some areas. I believe the company driver pay is on par with most others. You need a good driving/safety record and I believe 1 0r 2 years experience.

Hope this helps some most drivers who hire on and make it through 90 days I would say stay here for quite a while.
