Preventable accidents

I was looking to buy a truck and lease on to schneider but I have two preventable accidents on my record. One wasn't at fault, I wasn't cited or found at fault for it. The second was a backing accident which I was cited for and found at fault. My question is how far does schneider look back for preventable accidents? The one that I wasn't at fault for will be three years old in January and the other will be 3 years old in August of next year

 

I honestly don't know because I just tried to get the report when schneider asked for it. I ran into some cars after slipping on ice that had already had an accident on the ice. They were obstructing two of the three lanes with their accident

 

Nobody hurt or killed

 

I have called and left messages but nobody is answering or returning my messages at the records department

 

So how many is allowed in those 3 years?
