I am a truck owner (non-driver) and am leased on to a carrier. The truck is running under the carrier's DOT and MC.

Am I still responsible for the 2290? I think I am but want to make sure.

Unless there was an agreement worked out between you and the carrier for them to pay it, then you are responsible for it.

    blacklabel Thanks this.

Better pay it asap because on some DOT scales they may make you pay it on the spot.
