    Is there a way to check if the a/c-heat blend door is closing all the way?

    Front cab ac heat unit doesn’t use a blend door, it is controlled by a coolant valve to the heater core. All the air goes though the heater core 100% of the time. Blend doors are only for directing air flow paths.
