And I'm up to my ears with t-called loads from Edwardsville.

Took one this afternoon that was all askew.
No BOL and the trailer was red flagged.
After an hour going back and forth, the load had been transferred to a different trailer.
The guy at the desk finally found the BOL. I think he was only looking for the trailer number and not the load number, and got confused.

Delivered to Target in Topeka, KS, and they had no mt's.
Then got another t-call from Edwardsville headed to MN with a Home Depot load.
Better times on this load. I might actually find the time and place for a shower.
And luckily no need for the mt.

Eden Prairie, MN at the Costco.

Such a nice day planned out, and it all went haywire.
On my way here this morning I-39 was closed in both directions, leaving me 1.5 hours behind schedule.
When I got here I was told I had a choice... Wait to be live unloaded or take a trailer of pallets.
I was already planned on a load and I had only 2 hours left on my 70 so I waited for the unload.
That turned into 6 hours of sitting in the dock, which ran out my 14. So here I sit for the night.
That also makes my next load late.

    FerrissWheel and dptrucker Thank this.

I'm in Hudson, WI tonight, so didn't get very far.

I took a very short break (for me) at Costco (less than 11 hours from off duty to driving) and headed to IGH to pick up that load. I was going to be about an hour late for delivery.
Just as I hooked to the trailer the load was voided. I guess appointment times are all important and tomorrow was booked up.

So I got a new load.
2 pickups with the final in IN.
The first I had to back in from the street, and the actual loading time was about 5 minutes.
The second was a very tight blind side back into the dock. I waited for a short truck to leave before I tried it. That one also took around 5 minutes.
Very light load and only a few pallets each.

From there I am stacked on 2 loads.
The first is very short, about 60 miles to the shipper and the same to the final in Chicago.
The second is a bit better with a Lowe's load going from Rockford, IL to MO.
Both have good times to fit my recap hours.

I usually avoid being stacked 3 deep, but this time it seems to work out in my favor.

Rochelle, IL, headed to Chesterfield, MO.

This is the lightest Lowe's load I've ever had.
    8,816 pounds.

    FerrissWheel Thanks this.
