I wouldn’t be surprised if you said Cuba haha reminds me of old movies about drug smugglers with an actor such as Chuck Norris starring it it

So, you would risk your job, CDL, lawsuit if God forbid you have an accident, ticket and or fines just to appease the idiot that poorly planned said load for no extra $$$ ???? Getting the job done and taking a risk to cover for poor planning are two completely different scenarios.

    I am
Not going to belabor the point, running illegal loads as new CDL holder ( not even 6 months) is a bad plan and suggesting he do it is a worse plan.
The idea that is OK to do so “to get the. Job done” because he doesn’t get paid well is also irrelevant- if he screws up or someone screws up for him - he would be toast. How much is going to make on 360 miles versus what he has the potential to earn in his driving career?

are you going to hire him if he were to have an accident or get a ticket and subsequently fired by Western Express ?

I know I wouldn’t be hiring him in that situation

This cut off only has 61k miles so I can’t tell if it helped or not. It won’t have it when it’s on my truck.

My uncle had 88 425B. Sold it in 02 and it's still running local round here to the quarries
