It just took typing out the words a week or so ago to make me realize we were due for a seafood pot.

It had a smoke ring. Cooked thru. But juice, moist and fat like Butter.

No idea. They decided to get rid of 200 of us a week later lol.

 

It's our poor man's walmart version of going to Joe's Crab Shack. Bring the water to a boil and toss in the potatoes, when it starts to boil again, in goes the crawfish and andouille sausage, next boil it gets the mussels, seasoned crab, shrimp, corn and snow crab goes in a steamer basket on top. For around $50-60, it's quick and easily feeds 4.
