This is not going to get you rolling but since your sitting you might benefit from knowing the diagnostic steps to fix it.
Not seeing a FMI 18 for SPN 3242. Generally, SPN 3242 is for the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Inlet Temperature.

    Hi,
Here is an update, yesterday tried to unplug speed sensor and it doesn’t helped to bypass 5mph. Then i called tow truck. They towed me today to Lansing MI Freightliner dealership. Tomorrow will diagnose it and good luck to me to get back on road asap. Thanks you again and be safe!!!

I hope it is just DOC sensor or something minor.

This. There are dealers that are clueless, or I should say techs at dealers that are clueless on some software or programming functions.

My experience has been when they start throwing a bunch of aftertreatment codes, the OneBox is on the horizon.

Rare for them to fail before 500K, but I've had it happen.
