That's just wrong...Waiting on paperwork that is. Maybe a phone call to someone "important" could light a fire under someone's ### to get it done...

To add insult to injury when I finally realized hey, I'm going on 4 weeks here, what's happening with my tag.? Every single phone # I was able to locate for the IRP processing in Tallahassee just went round & round with an automated system!! Not saying one with human on the other side doesn't exist for certain, by I couldn't find one.. I still haven't spoken to an actual human by phone. Only cryptic emails about 48hrs apart in response time on what I needed to correct in my renewal form..

I have to take responsibility on my end as well for putting "tractor" instead of "truck tractor".. But, I don't think they set it up well for the many employees they probably have working from home, coupled with an overloaded system of people like me not using the independent tag services like we are used too..

 

I guess that's possible for a certain model of alternator, or maybe no real reason I can't stick a lock nut on there.. It came with this flange nut..


It's a Delco 22SI to replace the 21SI that's on there now. Said to be obsolete.? Must be a few hanging around still.. The 24SI looks nicer with an electric fan on the backside..

that place is a joke. you can forget actually talking to someone there. It was easier for me to just drive my pickup there and do it in person. I was there at 8 am and left at 4pm. that place will ruin your day for sure.

 

LoL, not to sound like a dick but glad I'm not the only one whose had an awful experience with them!! Their phone round about makes me want to pull my hair out!! I think it's even worse than normal right now too with the goings on..

Here's to hoping the St. Pete office is open by next August.. $40 "convenience fee" & 2hrs is sounds pretty good about now..
