    I wonder what the wording was on the OOS citation?. Is there anything in the FMCSA that states trucks need to have a hood?

    That was my thought. While it looks ugly, I wonder what the legal justification is to put it OOS.

    I think the rules say everything has to securely fasten to the truck and can fall off going down the road. Duck tape probably does not count ha ha
