I can only guess you are referring to a DQ under the rules set up in 383.51. These periods range from 60 days to life depending on the offense.
If my guess is correct the problem is NOT the 383.51 and that rule, but what the underlying offense is! Most certainly a person with a DQed CDL can't operate a CDL required CMV. Afterward driving again depends on a lot of other things OTHER than just having a CDL DQed!
