hi guys
My volvo d13 2012 ..it had injectores problem ended with fuel on the oil i had to drive it 300 miles to the shop ..( changed oil or mix it each 100 miles then at the shop they replaced them at our company shop it had last 2000 miles only then it had starting issue and bubbles on the tank so I had to tow it to the dealership ..they insisted its still injectors issue so they have replaced them ( cubs included ) i drove it like 5000 miles and everything was running fairly till last 2 days It started having starting issue again . Delays sometimes ( not too long but not normal ) this time no bubbles in the tank yet
The man in my carier said it could be the head ..but i have no mixed oil or coolant..coolant level is steady .
What do you think guys

I'm definitely not a Volvo guy but every engine ECM needs certain conditions met before it'll let the engine start. Crank speed/cam position are one of those conditions. Has anyone verified the engine's speed sensors are reading correctly?
Marcusbaban Thanks this. -
No .. i do not think so , I will ask about that.. does speed sensor affect the starting ?
-
I know it will on CATs. If you lose signal on one, the engine has to roll over a few more times in order for the ECM to calculate the engine position from the other sensor.
No clue if Volvo is the same.

Sometimes it can be your fuel filter housing.
Marcusbaban Thanks this. -
I have replaced fuel filter , air filter ..but it took time to start at ta ..i ll see may be later it will get better
-
Post this in the Volvo section where the Volvo mechanics are. But 2012? Run away!
-
Check to see if fuel filter housing sucking air definately mechanical prob if electrical Volvo will pop check engine in right away.
Marcusbaban Thanks this. -
After it sits overnight check to see if your fuel is still primed by checking that the primer still has pressure.
If you are losing prime over a period of time you may have air getting in to the system somewhere. If so, it could be a bad gasket in the fuel filter housing or . . . ?
