So I had just replaced my exhaust system on my 2007 freight liner century class and everything was fine putting it all together but after one day of driving I noticed where the muffler had moved up on the elbow and I can figure out why I tried to look it up on google and YouTube but I got nothing so I found this forum I really need help on this because I have to get to Tennessee in a couple of days to get a trailer so I’m kinda on a time crunch any help/advice would be very much appreciated

I have an 06 single muffler. I’ve replaced most of the exhaust twice. Never had a problem. If you can post a picture maybe I can help.

Screw ‘em - literally. Some good quality stainless steel self tapping screws, after you drill some holes to keep it from sliding. Simple solution. Let me know how it works.

I use exhaust sealant, paste on my pipe joints. It holds the pipes together and seals the joints inside the band clamps.
