Crossing from Windsor into Detroit is a major headache, huge lineups, takes forever to cross. Other than that, highways are mostly empty. No car traffic at the border crossing, no four wheelers trying to cross the border through the booths for trucks only (I personally saw that many times). Of course there is always that fear of catching COVID when you're in the US. Stay in your truck for the most part. Keep hand sanitizers and masks on you at all times, avoid interaction with other truckers or other people. Americans believe in a lot of conspiracies and lies, a lot of them still think that there is no COVID, and that it is all a lie. So many of them think that COVID deaths have been inflated. So many of them still refuse to wear masks. So yeah, avoid people as much as possible and try to stay in your truck for the most part. Personal hygiene is utmost important to prevent the spread of COVID, so shower everyday.

speedyk and GuitarDude Thank this. -

I don’t disagree with most of what you said.....but when doctors and nurses admit deaths are blamed on covid, when a patient was terminally ill with cancer, I’d say that’s skewed numbers. I’m not saying this silly nilly....or do I believe in conspiracies, but I have a friend who works in a cancer unit. Told me bout patient(s) on their death bed. Tested for covid after passing. Positive. Cause of death listed? Not cancer. Don’t tell me there isn’t money and funding issues at play here.reeferwrencher Thanks this.

Really? It’s a myth that someone has/had cancer months or years before covid was ever around?? Or Parkinson’s? Or Alzheimer’s? Covid causes all of those?

No it's not a myth that someone has had cancer, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's for months or years. And I never said that COVID causes all of those. That video that I posted here, which was deleted for some reason, the doctor explained that people who get COVID develop acute respiratory distress syndrome, respiratory failure and they die. All of these things wouldn't have happened if they had not contracted COVID. So yes, COVID is the cause of death. One of the key symptoms developed from COVID is that people have trouble breathing. They're put on ventilators, and even then it's literally a fight between life and death. Some are fortunate to survive, but most don't. If you think doctors are lying, and that facebook post or that tweet you read online is more credible and factual, then this explains the new levels of low and stupidity people have fallen to. Science and doctors are wrong, but conspiracy theories, facebook/Instagram posts are more reliable. SMH. It is because of this behavior and mentality COVID is so rapidly spreading, and it doesn't seem to slow down. Right now as we speak, it is close to 200,000 deaths in the US, I can only imagine when the death toll could reach 1 million or more, if people don't change and start believing in science and doctors.peterd Thanks this.
