Bad mpg low power

    I just purchased a 07 western star 4900 with 14.0 lit 60 series. Changed all filters and tune truck up to 600 hp. Mpg at 4.9 with low power. No black smile no white smoke out exhaust. Change boast sensor still the same. Tightend all air leaks. Turbo psi highest reading is 32 psi and that only briefly. Can anyone tell me the next place I need to find my mileage and power. Truck only has 120k miles been sitting up in the oil fields

    120k miles with a 1,000,000 hours tho. i would check everything out. air to air. turbo, waste gates, vpod, etc

    I just recently had a truck start acting similar... Had to have the cam and exhaust rockers replaced.
