I repaired the defects marked verbal warning and passed.
I received 24 points and so did my company for their trailer defects.

1. The CVSA violation. This happened when the officer wrote up the inspection.
2. A citation. This is the city/state fine.
Officers are ignorant of this and call all violations without a citation as warnings. They are wrong though.
Also, you didn't get any points. Only companies do. It will, however go on your PSP report.Long FLD and Cattleman84 Thank this. -

I will add this about these inspections and drop out of it. The States PER FMCSA RULE 350.207 (a) (1) are required to designate a lead agency to handle ALL the data sent into the MCMIS system. The FMCSA has set requirements in place before they make the reimbursement back to the state for that inspection. Trust me, if the officers are making errors they will soon be getting a correction. On top of this, almost all DOT/CVSA/MCSAP certified cops spend a lot of time in classrooms and know how to do these forms.
A lot of debates could be avoided if people would examine these two things I just linked to! That entire rule 350.207 is VERY detailed!Last edited: Sep 19, 2020
