I talked to a recruiter from bulkmatic today about a line haul position. I asked about home time and things went south in a hurry 3 weeks out minimum gets you 3 whole days off. I said that was half what I would expect recruiting dude could not hang up fast enough.

unfortunately, the one day off per week worked model has become the norm in the industry.

Oh wow. This conversation just reminded me of what happened the other day.

So a couple guys came to deliver my new bed the other day. We put the dogs out into the backyard just so they'd feel comfortable. As they were bringing the frame in, one of the guys started laughing so hard he put the box down and pointed at my dogs.

    "Dos gatos y caballo."

Made me laugh my ### off.

I "had" this very popular and well liked FB page. I Hate People! There was a never ending source of information. Yeah it got 86. Oh not that anyone cares but I've been down graded from deactivated to declined. I couldn't be prouder. So this morning wife informs me some corndog took out the mailbox, sweet. Now back to your regular program.

This was so good I had to quote it over here. Bad puns give me a warm fuzzy feeling...then again it could be whiskey.

Did you vote hay or neigh for this topic?

Glad I could introduce you to them. They are cool to see in person. Tourists love doing the wild horse tours. That part of the sandbar is four wheel drive only. Once the pavement ends it's all sand all the way up to Va. Some folks live up there year round. Carova is the name I think.

    Lol

Just had a driver start the "hey come work for us speil".....

He actually went down the you will probably make twice as much.

Told him what the recruiter said average driver on this account made gross per week. And it is close to that when I am not being a slacker. I would be a fool to not look at a solid 6 figure company gig.

He showed a sudden interest in my job.
