I know a guy that did that in the Detroit area. Threw a generator and an air compressor in the bed of his pickup and made himself available evenings and weekends. Since he only charged an hourly rate, with no extra for "road service", and did good work, he made a pretty good side gig out of it.

 

Maybe Fidel Turdo had a say in the matter. He couldn't afford to give the farmer a couple million like he gave that terrorist a couple years ago.

 

The middle is a 18x24 machine tarp. That way it can serve multiple purposes.

 

Yep. I don't know how things are up there, but around here there are temp services with drivers. A local outfit needs a guy to fill in for a day when someone calls off, they can call for a driver for that day. It would depend on what kind of trucking is prominent in your area.

I already have 3 16x24 machine tarps, plan on keeping 2 of those on the truck. With the new set we'll have a lot more flexibility. Boss lady says she means business, and ain't taking no excuses.

 

Yeah that could work. Maybe call the temp agencies around you and see if they work with any of the local outfits.

 

yessir they are. just scooped a cab mount for my '02 last fall. $550 from KW, availability unknown. $185 from Red Ram. they don't have any air filter cans for an '80 KW tho.
