"IF" you pay them. many people forget Uncle Sam always get's his due.

Paying by a 1099 dies not automatically make a company a bad company. But there are more horror stories about companies that pay 1099, VS a company that pays on a W2.

 

Do you have statistics to prove that fact or its personal opinion ? I'm not convinced.
I met 1000 of drivers who were more happier with 1099 companies than with W2.

Read some of these reviews on broker loads. My company even deals with broker loads and we not particularly crazy about them-and we’re W2! It’s basically like dealing with an extra middleman(who naturally want their cut of the profits) and even then sometimes there’s miscommunication between them and the actual shippers.

 

Wow, I don't think I can even name all the Canadian provinces without taking a peak at a map.

 

working with brokers is not indicator if company is good or bad. Schenieder , Werner, Covenant and a lot of others work with brokers. Are they bad too? . Most small and medium companies work with brokers because they have no choice. You have to have someone who gives you backhauls etc.

Right, observation only won't prove your statement. It won't matter how many years. It will be biased unless it proved by real numbers.
