Veltri a theif!!!!!

Does veltri pay actual hourly now a days or is still based on how long it takes? My new offer says 24hr plus the extra few bucks for H&W route and takes 9-11hrs daily.

Once , as a 'seasonal' driver .

I had a gravy gig going from Jacksonville ,FL to Dunn NC ; 10 hr break at a yard they had in Dunn and then back to Jacksonville FL . After Christmas a bunch of us got laid off but that's ok as we knew the deal before hiring on

This company was another that paid route pay at an hourly rate . They set the route at 7.5 hrs(55mph) , I could do it in just over 6 hours so I came out on top as long as the relay trailer was ready in Dunn

 

That is illegal. Investigator for the Department of Labor (US) told me if you are working on a government contract you must be paid for all hours worked.
