It isnt that hard to straighten. Having worked in a tire shop. An 18" crescent wrench will fold that back (when the tire is deflated). Spray the ding with some soapy water. If it bubbles get it fixed. No bubbles? Your fine. Tho that is a sign of hitting a curb.

Nothing really there to roll back. It looks like whomever rubbed the top of the picture, shaving the rim, and then rode up on the curb before falling off and taking the chunck out of the bottom.650cat425 and LtlAnonymous Thank this.
