There isn't a system that measures ground pressure.
The airbags inflate to whatever the system says.
Some can be adjusted easy and some not.
Some have equal pressure in the drive and dead axle, some not.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
Compagny truck or yours?
-
It will be mine mid november

While we are on the subject of pressure to the ground and weight per axle.
The gauge on the dash for the load weight had not worked in months. But I never use it so I never thought much about it. Could it be related?
Is there service manual for these big. Trucks. -
If all bags are connected through a common levelling valve, the weight carried across all bags in the suspension should be pretty dang near even. Unless there's a way to dump off a few PSI from the tag, there's no way to gain more weight on the live axle.
Dino soar, stillwurkin, lester and 3 others Thank this. -
I have a 6x2 with lift the dummy that's the best way, I think international has a valve that dumps 10 percent when you lock the drive axle,magoo68, God prefers Diesels and feldsforever Thank this.

Do you have a switch on the dash the says "load transfer"? We have the same truck in our fleet. Boss is selling it.
