Read their TOS very well! It states you must waive your right to any payment from the Broker's bond holder. That's insane! Who would agree to such nonsense?! I ran a Cleveland to DC load for Trinity Logistics and I needed to update my bank information. When I called in to their Accounting department they told me I had to sign up for Triumph Pay to get my invoice paid. I've had bad experiences in the past with third parties outfits so I was immediately apprehensive. I decided to look into it and once I created an account I was shocked (sarcasm) to read the TOS they wanted me to agree to.

They're insisting they will only pay me through Triumph Pay but I've been contracted with them since 07.2018 and our terms are spelled out clearly that NO third parties are responsible for payment. It's also mentioned on the rate con that I must email Trinity all my paperwork which I've done. I've also sent their Payables department an updated ACH form so I hope they pay me in 25 days. If not, I'll be filing on their bond. I love to know how they think they can force a carrier to agree to something outside of a written agreement. Anyone else dealing with any of this nonsense?

It seems they "outsource" their customer service to South America. I ended up calling my lawyer and he clarified it all for me. Apparently, the TOS above only applies once my invoice is paid in full so I ended up proceeding with the setup process.
