I got the long awaited call today....... Sir, your boats ready for pick up.

Wife and I took it out for a soon after she got off work, it was cool at about 57 degrees, but tolerable.

Afterwards we stopped at Texas Roadhouse on the way home.... wow was it good!!! First time I ever got mushrooms and onions on a steak, it was pretty good too. And those ribs for an appetizer would make ya tongue beat your head off if’n ya got any bbq in your hair, really good....!!

Wish it was just a tad easier lol. Ya know, retirement has never really concerned me, but anymore it crosses my mind occasionally.

Just be hard to quit being my own boss though and look for a check in the mail, that’s just not how I’m built....

 

Slow grilled onions and nicely sautéed mushrooms can sure make a meal.

Some time last week, the wife says she would really like some fried chicken. Well, it didn’t quite go that way. At the last minute it changed to jerk seasoned grilled chicken. Have to say it turned out real good. Made yellow rice to go with it.

Went off without a hitch, made the 3 last stops.. Thanks Mack.! Went all through MD, Prince Frederick, & Columbia, West Caldwell, NJ, & back over to Columbia, NJ & ain't shelled out as much as a nickel for tolls..
