Agreed 100%. I guess I'm just jealous. Never thought anyone could run like the wind and make that much money in trucking. Looking back, had I been making any decent money as a company driver I would probably have stayed in it.

I'm happy for you guys, keep smiling and keep driving.

lol. I propose we make KH an honorary JCT driver. One day KH you'll be here.

And yes, everyday is a lot like christmas, well that's what my wife says with all the toys I've been buying.

Thanks Jarbo. You know things take time and do not come down the shute at once. That is what makes life interesting. You do not get everything you want at once as everyone would be broke. I wake up everyday thanking the lord for being able to network with such good people who can teach me things.

Awww, don't go gettin all mushy on me now, you know LMB gets all teary eyed when we do that. lol

But your right when you have to work hard for something it makes you appreciate it later. And at least you have a goal to work towards, so when you have to drive for someone else to get some experience, you know it won't last for ever.

Hi all I am presently thinking about going to JCT but have a few questions. I have been to there website but like some companies they normally do not update them. I would rather hear what a driver has to say about them.
    1. Do they give you plenty of miles to run?
    2. What is the hometime like? I normally stay out for 4 weeks or better.
    3. What is the lease contract like are there any hidden charges or are they upfront from the get go?

I have talked to several driver's and they really seem to like it there but I am alittle but skeptical when it comes to the lease part of it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome Z, there is 216 pages here that will answer most of your questions.

The JCT is very upfront with you and you will get all the miles you want. 4 weeks or so is the norm for hometime, but it depends on you. The do not tell you when to go home, or micro manage you.

Read up a little and keep checking back a lot.

If you didn't call recruiting yesterday don't make the same mistake today. : )

Spot on. What attracts me to JCT is what they provide over the others. No other leasing company has come close to what JCT offers. Where else can you get a months free lease, free first tank of fuel and good miles? Also factor in that JCT pays for the reefer fuel and you have a winner.

If any potential drivers get turned down, stick with your current company until you get approved by JCT. You have something to look forward too. One thing I like about them is that they have a solid customer base. I love the fact that they deliver in Florida.
