I'd bet a policy you obtained on your own. I never saw a policy available through a carrier that paid stated value...been away from that stuff since 2003, my last place and this carrier don't offer it.

Beware of the policy you get - Lloyds or others can limit or even exclude towing bills from a crash. I've seen people get screwed over by the towing company, or towing companies get screwed over by the insurance company. It pays to ask the right questions. More than phys dam is the sticker shock from the primary auto liability when you start running under your own authority.
